Built on a 100-hectare estate in Croatia & other EU member states, our mission is to prove that agriculture can restore nature while generating long-term sustainable value. TBSC – Land Holding & Governance
TBSC manages land assets, long-term land strategy, governance, and ESG compliance. The company ensures that all development aligns with sustainable land stewardship, investor expectations, and long-range agricultural potential.
TBSC Environmental Wealth Fund AG (under incorporation) aims to develop high-value and ESG-compliant natural capital assets across Europe and emerging markets.
Conscious Earth Regenerative – Agricultural Operations SPV
Conscious Earth Regenerative is the farming and ecological engine of the platform. The company implements regenerative practices across the estate, integrating perennial systems, botanical cultivation, biodiversity programs, beekeeping, soil regeneration, and value-added product development.
Together, the two entities create a structure that combines environmental integrity with commercial discipline.
